Let's Be Honest: Joe Miller Will Likely Win the Alaska Senate Contest

I refuse to go along with the charade that the Alaska and national media is pushing about the Alaska Senate contest. Any reasonable person would conclude that Joe Miller will win the Alaska Senate race. Not one credible pollster has shown Murkowski in the lead since the commencement of her write-in bid. Even liberal Nate Silver's model shows Miller to have around a 66% chance of winning. I recognize that the media benefits from claiming otherwise in order to increase interest in the race but I refuse to go along with the charade. This story from the Anchorage Daily News will do absolutely nothing to change the dynamics of the race. Miller admitted to making a mistake and it was not the reason he left his job at the Borough. Murkowski is spending all of the money she has left trying to dig up dirt on Miller because she knows Miller completely clobbers her anytime the two of them are on stage together in a debate (I'm still trying to figure out who comes off worse in a debate between Murkowski and the Alaska Democrat Party nominee). Murkowski knows she cannot win an issues debate with Miller. Therefore, she has to make the election about anything other than issues. The Associated Press' report of today's Alaska Senate debate led off with Miller's comments on resource development as opposed to what his opponents' thoughts were on the issue. By doing so, the Associated Press made it implicitly clear who it considered to the person leading the narrative on the issues. The debate made clear who's the leader and who will bring the new ideas to the Senate. Miller came off as a leader in today's debate, as he has in every other debate, while the other two continue to come off as JV-level politicians who will soon never be heard from again in any political capacity in one week.Governor Palin and Todd will reportedly attend a Joe Miller rally scheduled for Thursday in Anchorage. If you can, please help Joe Miller with his efforts to raise $1.5 million. He is closing in on his goal after Governor Palin put out a fundraising letter and Facebook post on his behalf.
